Spa Etiquette

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A credit card is required to hold any reservation for an appointment in order to reserve your time. As a courtesy, please contact us within 24 hours when cancelling an appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Any cancellation of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatments you were scheduled for. If you fail to show for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the full service (gift certificates will be voided automatically). We strictly adhere to this policy.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Late arrivals will receive service for the balance of their appointment time. Fees will not be reduced due to late arrivals and therefore will be charged full price. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.

Medical Conditions: If you have any type of medical conditions, please mention it when booking an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable to you.

​CHILDREN:

Children are not allowed in the Aesthetics Spa due to safety issues.

​PAYMENT OF SERVICES & PRODUCT:

We accept U.S. currency, Master Card, Visa, and personal checks.

MASKS:

We will be wearing masks and require everyone to wear a facial covering while in our office unless receiving a service or during appointment.

VISITORS:

We are not allowing visitors to accompany patients in the office, unless they are needed for assistance or escorting a minor.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS:

We are taking temperatures at the door, and if a temperature above 100.3 is registered, you’ll be asked to reschedule.

RECENT EXPOSURE/RISK:

If you feel you have been exposed and/or have symptoms such as fever or cough, you will not be allowed to enter our facility. We advise you to contact your Primary Care Provider for information on testing procedures.
